I love life's surprises!!!

I can honestly say that this new chapter in my life is getting off to an incredible start! So much has fallen into place in so little time. This year alone has been quite an experience. As each day begins, I wonder what will happen next.

I've had my fair share of bad this year, but the good has made up for it! I am moving into a great place in Folsom. I am in love with it. It fits me perfectly! Hopefully that will be happening here in just a few days. It's taken longer than expected, but well worth the wait!

This evening, a friend from about ten years ago and I reunited. It was such a wonderful night. It wasn't surprising at all to find out that we had gone through similar things in our lives. Our connection was instant as if nothing ever happened in the past. As soon as we saw each other, we ran to each other and hugged and tears began to fill our eyes. Although we shared a lot about each other, there are many questions I still want to ask her! This is going to take some time! She was one the those friends that you think about occasionally and wonder how they are doing. I've thought a lot about her and tonight we got to hang out and blab continuously about whatever it is that we had been through. Oh my gosh, I love her and I am so happy we had this chance to reconnect!!!!!

See, you lose some and you gain some! This is what life is about. Living. Learning. Growing. The bad. The good. It's all there for a reason...
